The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy’s (EGLE) Water Well Viewer (WWV), is an interactive mapping system that displays water wells along with other information, such as wellhead protection areas, underground storage tanks, and sites of environmental contamination. Water well locations have been identified by address matching, the use of global positioning systems (GPS), and by legal descriptions.
This system allows water well drilling and pump installation contractors to submit water well records.
EGLE's interactive calendar is designed to provide timely information on decisions before the Director, proposed settlements of contested cases, administrative rules promulgation, public hearings, meetings and comment deadlines, and environmental conferences, workshops and training programs.

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) provides low-interest loans to counties, cities, villages, townships, authorities, and other public entities created under state law for projects that improve water quality and protect public health.

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Finance Division, Water Infrastructure Funding and Financing Section, hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing on the draft FY2026 (IUP) for the CWSRF. This IUP includes a draft list of projects seeking financing through the CWSRF in fiscal year 2026. The Draft FY26 IUP for CWSRF, will be available online at Michigan.gov/CWSRF. On September 18, 2025, EGLE will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m., on, draft FY2025 (IUP) for the CWSRF. Direct your questions to EGLE-WIFFS@Michigan.gov
